So, I thought it might be fun to pre-rank the men of The Bachelorette before the show tonight, based solely on their ABC.com profiles and pics. I have not been to any spoiler pages and will admit only to watching the previews on the Bachelor Funniest Moments special the other evening, so I’m pretty much flying blind, but sometimes that’s best when it comes to this show.
Here’s my top 6 in order of preference without having seen them in action:
Dan, 30, Beverage Sales Director, Dublin, CA – This guy might have some potential…his pic looks a little smarmy but he could also be devastatingly handsome with the right personality. His fave movie seem to indicate he’s a guy who can laugh and likes action. He seems pretty mature and serious about the process. Brooks, 28, Sales and Marketing, Salt Lake City, Utah – considering ABC always makes the guys look goofier than they are in their pics, I’m hoping Brooks is as handsome as he should be. He likes Indie music and seems like he’d be really cool to talk with…here’s hoping he lives up to his profile.

Chris, 27, Mortgage Broker from McMinnville, Oregon – Chris seems like the solid, handsome type. His Scrabble loving, almond eating soul might seem a little boring but the boy played baseball so we know he’s gotta know how to flirt.

Jonathan, 26, Attorney, Hickory, NC – Handsome, active, sentimental in the right way…if he’s not some weirdo in the first few minutes I’d expect him to stay a while.

Zak W. 31, Drilling Fluid Engineer, Dallas Tx – This guy’s either way too smart for this show or he’s lying on his resume…favorite books: Candide, Bartelby, the Scrivener, and Atlas Shrugged? Wonder how he’ll get along with the boy above whose favorite author is Dr. Seuss? That being said, I’d personally probably date this kid.
